One on One Personal Training
Tailored to you and your specific goals! Book 30 min, 45 min, or 1 hour sessions with me. This time will be filled with intentional programming based on your needs and fitness levels. If you find yourself stepping back into the world of fitness, this is a great option for you! These sessions lend themselves to intimacy and personalization.

Prenatal Personal Training
Calling all future mommas! If you are pregnant and looking for safe, effective, and personalized training, look no further! Train with a certified BirthFit coach to prepare your mind & body to function optimally throughout pregnancy, labor, and the motherhood transition. Research shows significant benefits of exercising throughout pregnancy, leading to positive birth outcomes and overall health for mother & baby. Perhaps this is the time to hone in on your wholistic strength as you embark on your pregnancy journey.

Small Group Training
Have some friends who enjoy exercise and share similar goals? Gather a group of 2-4 for small group training! Sessions would be 45 min or 1 hour. Workouts would be specifically tailored to your group with modifications and advanced options throughout if needed. Small groups offer accountability as you strive towards your fitness goals (and foster friendships along the way!)

Hustle & Muscle Group Class
There truly is strength in numbers! This group class is high-energy and effective in unveiling ones highest potential! Hustle & Muscle focuses on strength and conditioning through circuit style training. Weighted and body weight exercises will challenge individuals while intentional stretching and breath work will prepare the body and foster recovery. We as humans are designed to connect with others, and what better way to do that than through movement!
